Control Desk Assistant

As a control desk assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct and on time payment of freight, ensuring efficient attention to the transport lines, adhering to the process.
This position reports to the head of the control desk.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive and validate the physical evidence of shipments, guaranteeing that the operations are appropriate
- Capture the payment codes in the system, guaranteeing the registration, according to the operation, which ensures their accounting
- Manage the authorization of codes in the system, ensuring that the transport lines will be able to successfully complete their payment process
- Provide support to transportation lines so that they can receive payment of their invoices according to credit days
- Ensure that all payments made to the transportation lines have the approvals of accessories according to the approval matrix and the tariff authorized by purchasing
