Summary Section
To ensure high quality administrative support is provided to the Contracts Department from inception through to Contract Close-Out.
Responsibilities:
+ Provides technical assistance to the Contracts Department personnel.
+ Supports the Contracts Administrators in the preparation of tender invitation documents.
+ Supports the Contracts Administrators in the production of documentation for approvals etc.
+ Distributes the Contract documents as directed by the Contracts Administrator.
+ Completes and ensures safe storage of contract audit files.
+ Maintains contract correspondence files.
+ Arranges for any original bonds, warranties, insurance certificates or policies to be copied and distributed as directed by the Contracts Administrator.
