Responsibilities


+ Review clinical trial protocols and develop investigator-specific budgets and site contracts for North American Clinical Operations.

+ Coordinate with Trial Managers to plan site contract negotiations aligned with trial startup timelines.

+ Negotiate contracts directly with clinical sites in accordance with established policies.

+ Ensure compliance of contracts with Fair Market Value (FMV) principles and guidelines.

+ Escalate issues for approval as necessary and communicate policies effectively.

+ Research complex legal and business issues related to budgets and contracts and provide informed recommendations.

+ Maintain and support guidelines, training programs, and procedures related to clinical trial contracts and budgets.
