**Exciting Senior Contracts Analyst opportunity with our energy client.**
**Contract Duration: 6 Months and will probably extend**
**Hybrid role with offices in Houston, TX**
**Senior Contracts Analyst:**
This is not a procurement position. Must have strong hands on negotiating skills and experience working with standard industry trading agreements (e.g., NGL NAESB, EEI, Gas NAESB, IECA). Role is on site Mon-Thrs, remote Fridays.

**Role Overview-**
The candidate will be responsible for the drafting and negotiation of master trading agreements or specific agreements to govern physical and financial transactions for the purchase and sale of energy commodities as well as related ancillary agreements to minimize our client’s credit, legal and operational risk and in compliance with legal regulations and internal standards, policies and procedures.
Minimum 3-5 yrs experience.
Strong ISDA experience
