Draft, review, and revise global supplier contracts, ensuring clarity and compliance.
Negotiate terms with vendors to secure favorable and risk‐mitigated agreements.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and procurement teams throughout the contract lifecycle.
Ensure alignment with internal policies, procedures, and strategic goals.
