Search is working with a well-established and highly reputable construction company who due to growth is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team

The ideal candidate will have experience working on design and build and refurbishment projects, be friendly, engaging and helpful, with strong leadership skills and commercial experience. The successful candidate will oversee the projects of a value between £500k to £5-6m

The projects will be internal refurbs of offices, to full external works, cladding, small new builds, extensions
