I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established and growing design & build business based in Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong construction background and proven experience delivering commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects valued between £1m–£8m.

My client is looking for a confident and commercially aware professional who can take ownership of projects from tender through to completion, while managing client relationships, site teams, programme delivery, and commercial performance.

The successful candidate will be personable, proactive, and capable of leading multiple projects across the UK.
