Concor Construction invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of a Contracts Manager to join our projects based across Southern Africa. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the effective overall management of the site. This includes the optimisation of financial performance of the site and implementation of site-specific systems and controls, i.e. daily costing, programme management, QA/QC, HSE, procurement controls, budgets and forecasts, cost reporting, Client and Stakeholder liaison.
Duties & Responsibilities
Successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to):
Ensure overall responsibility for safely managing one or more large and complex building projects;
Ensure the budgeted turnover and profitability of the projects are achieved and exceeded;
