A San Francisco–based law firm is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the review, negotiation, and administration of contracts supporting firm operations. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working closely with legal, finance, and leadership teams in a fast-paced environment. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle for vendor, service provider, and business agreements. This role serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external parties, ensuring contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with firm policies and risk standards.
