About the Client

Our Client is a respected and expanding roofing contractor known for delivering high‑quality flat roofing solutions, particularly in the public sector, education, and refurbishment sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their operations team and lead multiple projects across the Essex/South East region.

Roles / Responsibilities

• Oversee 6‑8 concurrent roofing projects, valued between GBP50K and GBP2M (average GBP500K)
• Ensure timely, safe, and budget‑compliant project delivery
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff
• Attend project meetings, including pre‑starts, progress updates, and handovers
• Enforce health & safety compliance, RAMS, and site documentation standards
• Work closely with the commercial team on budgeting, variations, and scheduling
