Responsibilities:
Leading project delivery across several residential sites, ensuring timelines and budgets are met

Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to uphold standards and performance

Maintaining excellent client relationships and representing the business at progress meetings

Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation

Monitoring KPIs and ensuring quality control throughout each stage of delivery

Collaborating closely with commercial teams to maximise project profitability
