Position Summary/Description:
The Contract Manager reviews all School of Medicine contractual agreements and other legal documents flowing through OPSCA . Reviews contracts for completeness and analyzes contract language to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with School of Medicine, University, state, and federal policies and regulations. Consults with departments and/or leadership and ensures that department administrators understand operational obligations. Familiarizes self with applicable polices and regulations, and drafts, negotiates, and finalizes agreements in accordance with, and within approved parameters.

Education and Experience:
JD or paralegal preferred, or commensurate contracts management experience. Experience in higher education and/or healthcare.
