Axis CLC is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects in Rownhams. You will manage all aspects from initiation through to completion, ensuring that works are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards.
Responsibilities include monitoring site managers, preparing project programmes, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong construction background, leadership skills, and a good understanding of contract law.
The position offers a salary of £50k - £60k, 25 days of holiday, company car allowance, and various other benefits.
