Contracts Manager - Groundworks/Civils

Based in Exeter or Bristol (covering Devon, Somerset & Dorset)

£60,000 - £75,000 Car Allowance Package

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong groundworks/civils background to oversee multiple projects across the South West.

The role reports to the senior leadership team. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects across Devon, Somerset and Dorset, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing several groundwork and civil engineering projects simultaneously
• Managing Site Managers and project teams
• Maintaining strong relationships with Tier 1 main contractors and key stakeholders
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably and in line with programme
• Commercial awareness, including cost control and contract administration
