Contracts Manager

What will be my core responsibilities?

As Contracts Manager Managed Buildings you will act as the primary link between Lancer Scott FM and our valued clients. This role will be Bristol based, report to the Account Director and combines operational oversight of building services with strategic client relationship management to ensure contracts are profitable and service levels are met and exceeded.

• Act as the primary point of contact for the client, attending regular strategy and performance review meetings to address concerns and identify service gaps.Supervise the delivery of Hard Services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building fabric) on a planned, reactive and quoted works basis.
• Manage the account budget, including accurate P&L and cost control.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure contractual compliance.
