We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist / Contracts Manager to support strategic sourcing and contract management activities focused on Civil Construction Services and/or Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Services. This role is ideal for a procurement professional with strong supplier negotiation skills, category strategy experience, and a background managing complex service agreements in industrial or construction environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Manage a portfolio of supplier agreements and new procurement requests from purchase through payment (PtP).
+ Develop and execute category and go-to-market sourcing strategies for Civil and/or Electrical & Instrumentation service categories.
