Contracts Expeditor

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Contracts Expeditor** to join our team in **Oahu, HI** .

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Coordinates and monitors the day-to-day status of open contracts and purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.
+ Prepare contract coordination artifacts, maintain accurate records of vendor performance, and verify that all procurement transactions meet established SOPs and legal requirements.
+ Monitor supply chain risks and coordinate with vendors to ensure the delivery of essential supplies for organizational operations.
+ Drafts and maintains contract expediting documentation for special operations infrastructure in the Indo-Pacific.
+ Prepare procurement artifacts for senior-level review and monitor the status of ongoing vendor actions at regional mission-support sites.
