Contracts Counsel - Shanghai

**Job Summary**

Provide sales-related Contract Services to the China, with minimal levels of supervision.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Reviews, drafts and negotiates agreements and transaction documents in compliance with applicable policies and legal and ethical standards, with minimal supervision by more senior Contract Services staff, including in:
+ Responding, within established guidelines, to customers’ RFP/RFQs, vendor qualification documents, contractual requests and purchase requirements for our vendors;
+ Drafting and negotiating with customers and/or vendors, appropriate contractual language to reflect the business interests and policies of the parties;
+ Takes the Contracts Lead role on
+ Less complex international and multi-BU project contracts;
+ Less complex frame agreements (single WA);
+ Takes the Contracts Lead role (including the Global Contracts Lead role on GSAP accounts) on more complex projects an...
