Contracts Counsel

We are seeking an experienced Contract Lawyer with 3–5 years of relevant experience to manage and support the clients contractual and corporate legal requirements.

1. Client Interaction & Communication

· Objective: Manage client calls and ensure prompt communication.

· Key Activities:

Handle client inquiries related to agreements and policies.

Provide legal updates, advice, and status reports on ongoing work.

Respond to client queries within stipulated time.

2. Drafting of Agreements & Policies

· Objective: Prepare, review, and finalize various legal agreements and policies.

· Key Activities:

Draft various agreements like NDAs, employment contracts, service agreements, and internal policies.

Ensure accuracy, legal compliance, and adherence to client requirements.
