Job Title: Contracts Administrator 

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid) 

Type: Direct hire 

Salary: $55000 - $60000 / Year

Job Description: 
Contract Lifecycle Management (Ironclad)
Support daily operations of the Ironclad contract management system.
Assist with contract intake, routing, and workflow tracking.
Ensure contracts follow established templates and processes.
Troubleshoot basic system or workflow issues and escalate as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Sales, Operations) on contract requests.
Legal & Compliance Support:
Track compliance requirements and deadlines across multiple entities.
Assist with Secretary of State filings, including annual reports and registrations.
