Our Client, a Mass Media and Entertainment company, is looking for a Contracts Administrator I for their Burbank, CA/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
Under general direction, analyzes Television scripts to ensure use of only fictional names/businesses and places; researches film rights, copyrights/trademarks and advises on legal requirements. Reviews contracts, negotiates releases, prepares correspondence; advises executives and production personnel on clearances and other issues. Performs other duties as required. Review Television scripts and treatments to ensure that names, places, businesses, etc., are fictitious and confirms facts by checking information sources. Review daily script revisions to verify required changes have been made and to check if any additions to the script require further clearances.
