Contractor Sales Representative (Bilingual FR/EN)

Contractor Sales Representatives partner with contractors to fully understand their needs and assist in planning construction projects. As knowledgeable sales professionals, they can make recommendations which solve customers’ problems.

For this position you will receive a base salary plus uncapped commission following a probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high standards of safety and customer service.
• Serve as a resource for sales associates.
• Produce quotes and material lists; follow up on deliveries.
• Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain a contact list and scheduling plan for prospective and existing customers.
• Grow the geographic sales area by building new relationships with contractors and strengthening existing accounts.
• Continually learn about products and market conditions.
