+ Develop and Maintain Relationships: Engage with contractors to build and sustain strong connections.

+ Information Gathering and Referrals: Collect valuable information and obtain referrals to enhance our network.

+ Troubleshoot Issues: Address and resolve contractor-related issues, collaborating with various departments as needed.
