You will lead enterprise-wide cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and process improvement in the pursuit of achieving Operational Unit (OU) and Company objectives regarding CPM. You will also provide directional input and solutions to Senior and Executive leadership on complex Contractor performance challenges.
