Contractor Liaison & Permit Issuer

This is a highly regulated, fast-paced environment where safety, quality, and precision are critical. This is a well-established manufacturing plant that produces products that support animal health.

What you'll be doing:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for contractors on site
• Coordinating contractor activity across maintenance, upgrades, and project work
• Issuing and managing permits to work (hot work, confined space, isolations, working at heights, etc.)
• Ensuring all contractor activity aligns with H & S, GMP, and site compliance requirements
• Conducting contractor inductions and verifying documentation (certifications, JSAs, SWMS)
• Liaising closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to minimise disruption
• Monitoring work in progress and maintaining strong safety oversight
• Carrying out regular site checks and monthly audits to ensure compliance and identify improvement...
