Job Description
- Supporting the online training activities of our E-learning team (Education & Training department)
- Assist in video and audio production and editing, as well as in creating subtitles and video transcripts
- Support the configuration and maintenance of our learning management system (LMS), the MED-EL Academy
- Handling administrative aspects of different E-learning projects
Your Profile
- Excellent computer and Internet proficiency, knowledge of some E-learning tools (e.g. Camtasia, Storyline) or LMS systems (e.g. Moodle, OLAT) would be preferred
- Very good Knowledge of MS Office programs; good handling of some of the programs in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere etc.) is desirable
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems connected to computer hardware and software
