Summary About the Position: The U.S. Army Contracting Command was established on March 14, 2008. The mission of the ACC is to oversee more than $85 billion in contracts annually and focus on maintaining and improving the Army's ability to respond globally in support of the war fighter's needs. Responsibilities Manage full pre-award and post-award contract administration to ensure compliance with agency policy. Negotiate with contractors to resolute complex contractual discrepancies. Advise contracting personnel to ensure proper application of acquisition procedures. Engage with leadership and contractor representatives to resolve contract issues. Execute contract modifications to ensure accuracy. Establish work priorities to ensure timely completion of contract administration tasks.
