Job Summary

Under minimal supervision this role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of Epic systems with revenue cycle processes, supporting payor contract updates, and providing detailed financial modeling and ad-hoc analysis. 

Essential Functions:
 Epic and Revenue Cycle Collaboration • Maintain and update Epic systems to ensure accurate alignment with revenue cycle processes for contracted commercial and Medicare MA health plans. • Collaborate with IT, revenue cycle, and operational teams to troubleshoot and resolve Epic-related issues. • Monitor system updates and implement necessary changes to support contract terms and billing workflows.
