**Contract Support:**

+ Review, evaluate, draft, and negotiate various types of sales/service-related documents (e.g., RFQs, RFPs, Purchase Orders, Solicitation/Tenders (Bids), Service Contracts, Sales/Service Master Agreements, Code of Conduct, Non-Disclosure Agreement) for compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures in SEA, ANZ & Taiwan.
