Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and design employee group benefits programs
• Oversee US open enrollment and employee communications
• Maintain configurations in Oracle HCM system
• Review global benefit plans and manage compliance
• Support annual pension audits in Canada and the US
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related
• Minimum 5 years' experience in compensation and benefits
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM systems
