Contract Plant Operator – Fly-In/Fly-Out | SAGD Facility

Work in a high-performing SAGD operation where safety, teamwork, and operational excellence are paramount. You will operate and maintain critical plant systems, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to a strong safety culture while working a structured fly‑in/fly‑out rotation. Camp provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant equipment to meet production targets.
• Troubleshoot and optimize area‑specific systems.
• Perform condition monitoring, sampling, and testing.
• Document activities and maintain accurate electronic logs.
• Conduct operational rounds and inspect equipment.
• Support maintenance activities using LOTO procedures.
• Participate in safety audits, walkarounds, and HSE initiatives.
