The role is based in Tlalnepantla, Estado de Mexico (hybrid role). Process payroll for multiple legal entities in Mexico, covering both unionized and salaried employees.
Ensure payroll calculations comply with union agreements, local labor laws, and applicable benefits.
Lead initiatives to improve and automate payroll processes , leveraging technology and innovative solutions.
Guarantee timely payments to government institutions such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and payroll tax authorities.
Coordinate payments to external payroll vendors.
