Contract Negotiator

Responsibilities:

• Serves as primary point of contact and leads all stages of the contract negotiation process from initial drafting to execution, for various energy-commodity master agreements (ISDA (1992 and 2002) / CSA and various physical annexes, EFET (Gas and Power) / CSA and various appendices, Cross Product Master Netting Agreement (CPMA) and Master Netting Agreements, Transportation and Storage Terms and Conditions, Grid Trade Master Agreements, Emissions and REC Agreements, and FX Master Agreements).
• Coordinates, prepares, reviews and negotiates incoming and outgoing guarantees and guarantee amendments.
• Prepares, reviews and negotiates Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements

• Maintains a comprehensive contract management system of all completed and pending guarantees and master agreements, including daily comments concerning recent conversations and approvals. Familiarity with LinkSquares contract management system ...
