Job Description
Contract Manager - T&I/ Marine Logistics for a major Offshore Wind Project based in Germany
Responsibilities
Management of offshore T&I-related contracts, including Guard Vessels, CTVs, SOVs, and associated marine services (BIMCO, based agreements).
Contractual support for general offshore logistics, including small purchasing items and ad, hoc service agreements.
Coordination and contractual oversight for weather data services, wave buoys, and metocean, related contracts.
Interface with suppliers, vessel owners, and internal project teams to align contractual terms with operational requirements.
Support tendering, ITT responses, and contract clarifications in close coordination with project, marine, and procurement teams.
Administration of contract variations, claims, and correspondence throughout execution.Requirements
