Contract Manager

leading renewable energy IPP is seeking a Contracts Manager to take ownership of contractual management across operational assets and construction projects.

About the Role

This role will focus on enforcing contractual rights, managing risk, and supporting project and asset teams across a portfolio of renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enforce O&M agreements, OEM contracts, and service agreements
• Oversee contractual relationships with contractors, operators, off-takers, and grid stakeholders
• Draft and review contractual notices, correspondence, and communications
• Support contract administration across EPC, BOP, TSA, and early works contracts
• Assess and manage claims, variations, and extensions of time (EOTs)
• Support dispute avoidance and resolution processes
