Manage forecasting, stock replenishment, and warehouse stock control. Follow up on orders, deliveries, invoicing, and customer queries. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through continuous support and after-sales service. Prepare sales targets, reports, quotations, and market performance updates. Promote products through customer presentations and product support initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and pricing structures. Your Profile:
Hold a Grade certificate
Strong knowledge of rock drilling tools and product applications. Customer-focused with excellent communication and reporting skills. Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a strong team player. Computer literate with a valid driver’s license.
