Job Pupose-
- The role is a Head Office position providing contractual authority and governance across all active projects, including utility-scale renewable energy developments (Wind, Solar PV and BESS) and industrial and commercial construction. The individual will act as the primary contractual reference for the organisation, managing EPC and subcontract frameworks, driving proactive risk identification, safeguarding company interests through precise contractual communication, and leading claims and dispute processes. Close coordination with engineering, planning, commercial and legal functions is a core requirement.
