Contract Manager

MYM Recruitment are delighted to be working with our new client who are seeking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. The successful person will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of new build residential developments from infrastructure and groundworks through to completion primarily in the Mid-Ulster area.

Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

• Oversee multiple new build residential developments and monitor progress against programme and budget.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, utility providers, and local authorities.
• Review and manage project costs, valuations, variations, and forecasts.
• Monitor infrastructure, groundworks, roads, sewers, drainage, and housing construction activities.
• Identify and mitigate commercial, contractual, and programme risks.
