Contract Manager

Job Description

• Leads team of QS for tenders and projects
• Preparation of construction contracts and negotiate revisions, change and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors
• Site verifications of variation and taking records for submission of claim
• Preparation of contracts
• Preparation of final accounts
• Monitors the cost on all phases of planning and construction with the parties concerned
• Work closely with PM in preparing monthly updated project progress and costing
• Working experience in main contractor firm is an advantage
• To resolve problems encountered by QS / project team, including dealing with client/ sub-contractors on cost and contractual matters
• Any other duties that assigned by a superior

Job Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years...
