Contract Manager - Ground Maintenance

Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join our Soft Facilities Management division, overseeing a multi‑site grounds maintenance contract across South London and Wembley. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality services, ensuring contracts are completed on time, within budget and to a consistently high standard. The role includes leading recruitment and training, managing team performance, overseeing budgets, and ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and tenants will be key to driving service excellence and continuous improvement across the contract.
