The CPX (Customer Project Execution) department is responsible for the project management of all wind farm projects from the start of the contract to completion. The team will take responsibility for a wind farm after the contract has been signed and will remain responsible until the final tests have been completed. Working closely with the logistics, procurement, and finance departments, the project team ensures that the project stays on budget and on schedule, and that our safety and quality standards are met.
