Position Summary
The Contract Manager serves as the Contractor's primary on‑site management representative and is responsible for the day‑to‑day performance, compliance, and quality control of Army Community Services (ACS) Consolidated Services at USAG Vicenza. This role acts as the single point of contact for the Government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) regarding contractual execution and service delivery across all functional areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Contract Management & Oversight
- Serve as the primary Contractor representative for all contract matters related to daily operations
- Ensure performance of all services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Quality Control Plan (QCP)
- Maintain continuity and stability of the workforce across all ACS service functions
- Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and service coverage to ensure uninterrupted support
