Contract Management Specialist

The Contract Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and governance of all Partnership Agreements (PAs) across the Global Customer Operations Hub. This role plays a critical part in maintaining alignment between contractual commitments, cost structures, headcount allocations, and stakeholder expectations. The role oversees the full lifecycle of Partnership Agreements, including annual renewals, updates, validation with stakeholders, and quarterly One-Page Agreement (OPA) processing. This role works closely with Service Excellence Leaders, Hub Expansion teams, HR, and Finance Business Partners (FBPs) to ensure that all contractual data is accurate, current, and aligned with operational and financial requirements.
