**Your role:**
+ The Contract Management Specialist is responsible that valid contracts are in place with our indirect partners representing Philips in different Markets.
+ You contribute to the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, execution and ensuring all contractual obligations are entered accurately and timely, supporting efficient contract management processes.
+ The Contract Management Specialist is driving the contract renewal process on a yearly basis and implements contract management policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
+ Collaborating with cross-functional departments - Finance, Legal, Partner Operations and Partner Sales (POMs/PAMs – to ensure contracts are managed effectively and meet the company’s strategic goals, fostering cross-functional alignment and cooperation.
