Role Summary:
Flowserve is seeking an intern to act as an intermediary between the contract management area.
Responsibilities:
Monitor contract schedules;
Review order portfolio, making all necessary adjustments (price, payment terms, agreed date, etc.) to enable the responsible area to make the order available for billing;
Work towards timely deliveries, interacting with other areas to identify daily bottlenecks;
Report and act on any failures or incidents that may occur in the order flow;
Daily interface with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Planning, and Engineering teams;
Daily interface with clients;
Keep the commercial area informed about the loading and delivery schedule of orders and proposal requests;
Analyze and follow up on department reports;
Other assigned functions.
