Position Overview

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting a Contract Maintenance Planner in the Oil and Gas sector based in Calgary, Alberta. The role is a hybrid work environment that supports maintenance teams and aligns with Operations, Engineering, and Project groups.

Compensation & Schedule

Total rewards: $66.00 – $81.00 hourly. 1‑Year contract position. Schedule: 12‑hour shifts with modified travel days. Rotation: 8 days on, 6 days off (Tuesday to Tuesday). Travel days: 6‑hour shifts (first and last day). Core workdays: 12‑hour shifts (Wednesday through Monday). Work type: Fly‑In/Fly‑Out. Accommodation: Camp accommodations provided. Transportation: Flights provided from Calgary and Edmonton hubs.
