[Contract] Logistics Coordinator

• Coordinate and support all logistics operations relating to event planning and execution.

• Assist in the successful delivery of event infrastructure, transport, access, and operational requirements.

• Support inter-departmental planning processes, timelines, and operational milestones to ensure successful event outcomes.

• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders regarding logistics requirements and project timelines.

• Maintain and update operational documentation including: Operations manuals, Site plans, Event timelines, Transport plans, Inventory and logistics records

• Assist with equipment movement, transportation scheduling, and onsite operational support.

• Monitor logistics schedules and alleviate delays or operational risks where necessary.
