Contract Lead

On behalf of our client we are searching for an experienced Procurement Specialist to work as Contract Lead.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and participate in **cross-functional teams** for the efficient establishment of procurement strategies and contracts.
- Prepare and issue **enquiries**, manage and conduct **bid evaluations, negotiations**, and prepare **award recommendations**.
- Manage **internal and external stakeholders** throughout the procurement process.
- Perform **contract start-up activities**, including **kick-off meetings and contract training** with internal teams and suppliers.
- Oversee **contract execution**, ensuring compliance and efficiency from **award to closeout**.
