The role involves reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and redlining commercial agreements while advising clients on legal risk and contract terms.

Daily tasks

• Projects vary and contractors can select projects based on availabile projects in the client portal.
• Project-based legal work (fixed-fee per deliverable)
• Self-selection of cases via platform 24-hour turnaround expectation
• Examples of projects: SaaS agreements Vendor and supplier contracts NDAs and data processing agreements
• Commercial terms and conditions
• General contract review and redlining for tech
