FUNCTION

Reporting to the CPL Director and the C&P Manager, the main activities of the Contract Engineer are to: work closely with the DUET to create the contracts dossier, develop a clear definition of contractual responsibilities and discuss the agenda; development of contracting strategy and issue call for tenders to find suitable expertise to support the different functions; negotiation and analysis of commercial bids; development of recommendations to award (RTA); ensure the update of the contract management tool; keep informed of best practices in contracts procedures in other entities for improvement of contracts practices in TEPMA1; identifying suitable expertise against existing frame contracts; develop technical contracts and contractual agreements, directly participate to the medium complexity contracts; leading the presentation of RTA to the contracts committee o...
